Welcome to West Hollywood/Bird Streets

Coveted. Vibrant. Walkable. Central.

West Hollywood and particularly, its Bird Streets, are highly coveted among athletes, tech entrepreneurs and the entertainment elite (including Leo and Keanu) for its masterpiece homes and unobstructed panoramic views. Walkable yet secluded, central yet discreet, WeHo – as it is commonly known – offers the ideal mix of a vibrant, cool culture and a refined lifestyle, whether you are up in the Hollywood Hills or in one of the adorable streets off Sunset, Fountain, Santa Monica or Melrose. Its trendy neighborhoods are bustling with great nightlife, fun restaurants and fashion-forward boutiques.

Home types: New luxury homes by some of the finest contemporary architects, classic Spanish-style bungalows and condominium buildings with first-class amenities, among others.

What we love: Melrose Place shopping, Sunset Strip nightlife, diverse housing options, an exciting central location, walkability and inclusivity.

Shopping

West Hollywood offers an enormous array of shops, both trendy and refined. Melrose Place is a must-visit for fashionistas, offering quaint boutiques by contemporary European and American designers, while Melrose Avenue is known for its trendier lifestyle stores. The Sunset Strip offers trendy, youthful stores like Fred Segal.
